Jesus, You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life. You alone hold the keys to eternal life. I yield to You and the work You do in and
through me. I am committed to You. You are the One I have chosen to travel with throughout all of my days, for you first chose and loved me.
When the roads are smooth, when the roads are bumpy, upon hills and in
valleys, I will make no U-Turn, but keep my hope and trust in You, who so perfectly and
safely navigate my path. Keep me close
and going in the direction of forward momentum, with Your Word, my map, and Your Holy
Spirit, my compass.
You have traveled
the ancient paths. You know every turn
along the new roads we will take together, and all that is up ahead. I thank You for the years I have known You and
for every adventure yet to come, and all that we will discover together.
May the very fragrance of Christ be left
behind, along each street and every heart we encounter, Lord. I praise the name of the Lord for pointing
the way that I should go through every season of my life, my faithful God.
